WADENA COUNTY (KDLM) – A Wadena County man suffered burns after his tractor caught fire, Saturday.
The Wadena County Sheriff’s Office was called to a tractor fire in section 22 of Wadena township just after 4 a.m. on Saturday, August 13.
The tractor was fully ingulfed in flames by the time the Verndale Fire Department arrived on scene and extinguished the fire.
The tractor is a total loss and the cause of the fire is unknown. The owner of the tractor received small burns to his hand due to unhooking a chopper from the tractor.
No other buildings or equipment were damaged by the fire.
