LISTEN: Frazee’s ‘That Midwestern Mom’ Sings National Anthem At Twins Game

MINNEAPOLIS, MN (KDLM) – Twins fans attending the game against Baltimore at Target Field were treated to a little local flair at the game on Friday night.

Amber Estenson of Frazee, AKA That Midwestern Mom, sang the National Anthem before the game.

“I’m so excited to announce that I will be singing the national anthem at the Minnesota Twins game versus the Baltimore Orioles on July 1st” Estenson posted on June 24th. “That Midwestern mom and America’s favorite past-time? Yes please!”

Estenson found fame on TikTok after joining the social media platform in July 2020. She began to go viral after sharing traditional Minnesota salad and hotdish recipes. Her Snicker Salad video went viral with over three million views, and she currently has more than 730,000 followers on TikTok. Estenson, a former opera singer, teaches elementary music at Frazee Elementary.
