COMPTON TOWNSHIP (KDLM) – The historic Compton Town Hall near Deer Creek is a total loss after a suspicious fire, Thursday.
The Otter Tail County Sheriff is investigating the blaze which was reported around 3 a.m., Thursday, June 23. Fire crews from Deer Creek and Bluffton responded to the building originally built as a school house in the 1920s.
Anyone with information is encouraged to call the Sheriff’s Office or the Minnesota State Fire Marshal’s Office.
