PINE POINT (KDLM) – A Lakes Area man has been airlifted to a Fargo hospital after being shot, Friday.
The Becker County Sheriff’s Office says around 10:00 p.m., Friday they received a report of a man being shot in Pine Point, approximately 26 miles northeast of Detroit Lakes.
The man has been identified as Brian J. Bloom, 44 of Ponsford. He was transported to Essentia-St. Mary’s Hospital in Detroit Lakes and later airlifted to a Fargo Hospital. Bloom’s condition is currently unknown.
The Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident, but believe it to be isolated If anyone has information related to the incident, you’re encouraged to contact the Becker County Sheriff’s Office at 218.847.2661.
