ST. PAUL (KDLM) – The Minnesota State Patrol has recognized a number of individuals for heroic acts including one from Detroit Lakes.
Heidi Ostlie was recognized, Friday with several others in a virtual ceremony and given an Exceptional Service Award.
Ostlie volunteered to provide support services to the Mobile Response Team and became the team’s primary timekeeper. Additionally she was asked to manage the Special Response Team’s time keeping duties as well.
Ostlie was presented with the award to honor her extraordinary service in the performance of her duties.
