PERHAM (KDLM) – Logging contractors will begin working in Arvig Park in Perham this week.
Loggers will thin out the pine tree population and create better separation for healthier growth a news release said.
The workers will work in concentrated areas of trees throughout the park, including some areas on the Pine Course, Pioneer Village, Little League Fields, Tennis Courts, and disc golf course. Precautions have been taken to protect the grounds as much as possible, however, if some damage does occur, it will be addressed in the spring.
