Train Hits Vehicle and Injures Two in Perham

PERHAM (KDLM) – Two people were hurt when a train collided with a vehicle near Perham, Tuesday.

The crash occurred around 4 p.m. at the railroad crossing on  Pikewood Ln and County Hwy. 80. Jonathan Schall was driving an SUV when he crossed the tracks and was hit.  His passenger, Travis May was taken to the hospital with significant injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
