BARNESVILLE, Minn. (KFGO) – A Stacy, Minnesota man was airlifted to a Fargo hospital with life-threatening injuries after he was struck while walking on Minnesota Highway 34 about 10 miles east of Barnesville around 5:30 p.m. yesterday.
The Minnesota Highway Patrol says 29-year old Eli Hutchinson was hit by a pickup driven by 68-year old James Plath of Barnesville. Plath was not hurt.
The highway was snow and ice-covered.
