DETROIT LAKES (KDLM) – Mahnomen County has given a higher percent of COVID-19 vaccine to its residents than any other county in the state, but more people in Becker county have received the vaccine.

According to data from the Minnesota Department of Health, Mahnomen County has given 20% or just over 1,100 of its residents at least one dose of the vaccine as of Thursday, January 28. The population in Mahnomen county is just over 5,500.
