
WALKER (KDLM) – A Walker, MN man who killed his one-year-old niece by backing over her with his SUV has been sentenced.
Anthony Goose will serve 9 years in prison after being convicted of criminal vehicular homicide for operating a vehicle with negligence and under the influence of alcohol.
On Sunday, May 2, 2021 Anthony Goose of Walker, backed his vehicle over the child and then fled the scene. He was suspected of being impaired by alcohol and a preliminary breath test result was .123 BAC.
Goose’s license had been revoked in December of 2020 for driving while impaired.
