Lynx Roll Past Sparks for Second Straight Win

Detroit Lakes, MN (KDLM) – The Minnesota Lynx kept rolling Wednesday night, beating the Los Angeles Sparks 99-83 at Crypto.com Arena for their second win in a row.

Olivia Miles paced the Lynx with 31 points on 12-of-15 shooting, adding four rebounds and four assists. Natasha Howard chipped in 15 points and nine rebounds, while Kayla McBride and Courtney Williams scored 14 and 13, respectively.

Minnesota controlled the game throughout, leading after every quarter and building a lead of as many as 22 points. The Lynx shot 55.6% from the field and forced 19 Los Angeles turnovers, turning them into 25 points.

Rae Burrell led the Sparks with 19 points, and Dearica Hamby added 12 points and nine rebounds in the loss.

The win improves Minnesota to 12-3 on the season. The Lynx stay on the road to face the Golden State Valkyries on Friday night.
