Detroit Lakes, MN (KDLM) – The Minnesota Lynx saw their eight-game winning streak come to an end Saturday night, falling to the Las Vegas Aces 100-97 at Michelob Ultra Arena.
Olivia Miles led the Lynx with 29 points, while Natasha Howard added 22. Minnesota had a chance to force overtime, but Courtney Williams’ potential game-tying three-pointer at the buzzer fell short.
The loss drops Minnesota to 10-3 on the season. The Lynx return home tonight to host the Portland Fire at 7:00 p.m.
