
Lake Park, MN – Two people were hurt in a five-vehicle crash on Highway 10 in Lake Park Thursday afternoon.
State troopers say that at the intersection of Highway 10 and 2nd street at around 12:30 p.m., a rear-end chain reaction occurred involving five vehicles.
86-year-old Deforest Malstrom of Detroit Lakes and 35-year-old Randal Doeden of Moorhead were transported to Essentia Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Detroit Lakes for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Four other people involved in the crash were not hurt.
The State Patrol was assisted by the Becker County Sheriff’s Office, Lake Park Police, Detroit Lakes Fire, and Essentia Ambulance.
