Lynx Roll Past Dream for Third Straight Win

Detroit Lakes, MN (KDLM) – The Minnesota Lynx extended their winning streak to three games with a 96-81 victory over the Atlanta Dream on Wednesday night at Target Center.

Minnesota controlled the game throughout, building a lead of as many as 19 points behind a balanced and efficient offensive effort. The Lynx shot 59.7% from the field and dished out 26 assists on the night.

Courtney Williams led all scorers with 25 points on 10-of-15 shooting, adding seven assists. Natasha Howard posted 22 points and eight rebounds, knocking down 11 of her 16 field goal attempts. Olivia Miles chipped in 16 points and eight assists, while Nia Coffey added 14 off the bench.

Allisha Gray paced Atlanta with 21 points, hitting five three-pointers. Naz Hillmon added 15 points and eight rebounds in the loss.

The win improves the Lynx to 6-and-2 on the season. Minnesota hits the road to face the Chicago Sky on Friday.
