Detroit Lakes, MN (KDLM) – The Minnesota Twins evened up their season series against the Chicago White Sox with a 5-3, 11-inning win Tuesday night at Rate Field.
Brooks Lee delivered the decisive blow, lacing a three-run double in the top of the 11th inning to put Minnesota ahead for good.
Taylor Rogers picked up his first win of the season out of the bullpen, and Yoendrys Gomez recorded the save to close it out.
The Twins remain in third place in the AL Central with a 27-28 record.
Minnesota sends Connor Prielipp to the mound tonight as the series continues in Chicago.
