The first-ever Holmes Art Crawl is coming to Detroit Lakes on Saturday, April 25th, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Anna Lassonde of Jolly Bird Studio says the event is designed to connect the public with local artists, helping them showcase and sell their work while building a stronger following in the community.
Sixteen artists will be featured across 12 stops throughout the area. Visitors can expect live demonstrations, opportunities to meet artists, learn about their creative process, and purchase original pieces.
Attendees can pick up a passport and map at the Holmes Theater or at any stop. Those who visit eight or more artists will have a chance to win art prizes.
Lassonde is also excited to open her new location during the event, located in the Graystone Plaza, Suite 106. She invites everyone in the Lakes Area to attend this special event.
The Art Crawl aims to highlight the creativity in the Detroit Lakes area while offering a fun, interactive experience for the public.
