Otter Tail County, MN – A Princeton man has been arrested for sexually assaulting a sleeping woman in Otter Tail County.
According to court documents, the victim told investigators that on March 9, she and 38-year-old Cory Patrick John Hogan had mutually agreed to have sexual intercourse at her house, but they stopped due to the victim’s underlying health issues. She said Hogan began to insult her and said she needed to exercise more.
The victim said they both went to sleep, and she woke up to him sexually assaulting her. After telling him she didn’t want to do that, she said she needed to go to the bathroom, and instead went into another bedroom for multiple hours. She reported the incident to 911 later that morning.
Law enforcement attempted to make contact with Hogan, but were unable to do so. A warrant was issued for his arrest, and Hogan was taken into custody on Thursday, April 16. He made his first court appearance on Friday, and has been charged with 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct.
