President Matthew Wedland of the Northern Minnesota Robotics Conference, or NMRC, has announced the 2026 Conference All-Academic Team.

The NMRC All-Academic Award recognizes high school students for outstanding academic achievement, based on grade point average. To earn this honor, students must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher on a 4-point scale during the current school year. The award is open to students in grades 9 through 12, and recipients must also meet varsity-level lettering requirements set by their team or school district. Students may receive the honor each year they qualify.

The conference includes 36 teams from across northern Minnesota, along with four teams from North Dakota.

This season, 66 students from 10 different teams have been named to the ninth annual All-Academic Team. Conference leaders say they are proud to recognize the strong academic accomplishments of students throughout the region.
