Wild Ride Four-Game Point Streak After Shutting Out Utah 5-0

Detroit Lakes, MN (KDLM) – The Minnesota Wild continued their strong run of play Tuesday night, blanking the Utah Mammoth 5-0 at Grand Casino Arena to extend their point streak to four consecutive games.

Filip Gustavsson was the story between the pipes, stopping all 25 shots he faced to earn the shutout. The performance was a masterclass in calm, controlled goaltending that gave Minnesota’s offense the freedom to do its work at the other end of the ice.

And that offense delivered in a big way. Five different Wild skaters found the back of the net, with Kirill Kaprizov, Matt Boldy, Bobby Brink, Danila Yurov, and Ryan Hartman each lighting the lamp.

The victory keeps Minnesota in third place in the Central Division with 87 points. The Wild now return home to host the Philadelphia Flyers on Thursday night, looking to keep the momentum rolling in front of their home crowd.
