Detroit Lakes, MN (KDLM) – The Minnesota Vikings are keeping their special teams operation intact. The team announced Tuesday that they have re-signed long snapper Andrew DePaola to a one-year contract worth $1.725 million.
DePaola has been Minnesota’s long snapper since 2020 and returns for what will be his seventh season with the organization. His consistent and precise play at one of the most quietly critical positions on the field has made him one of the most respected specialists in the NFL.
DePaola earned Pro Bowl honors in three consecutive seasons — 2022, 2023, and 2024.
