Detroit Lakes, MN (KDLM) – Anthony Edwards delivered a game-high 34 points as the Minnesota Timberwolves rallied past the Portland Trail Blazers 124-121 at Moda Center on Tuesday night.
The Timberwolves found themselves trailing by one point with nine minutes remaining in regulation before igniting a decisive 8-0 run that put them ahead for good. Edwards led the charge in the comeback victory, while Jaden McDaniels provided crucial support with 29 points.
The win snaps Minnesota’s recent struggles and improves their record to 36-23 on the season. The Timberwolves will look to build momentum as they travel south to face the Los Angeles Clippers on Thursday night.
