Becker County Highway Department Introduces Citizen Road Concern Portal

By Dave Bishop Feb 23, 2026 | 10:57 AM

Becker County residents now have a quicker way to report road concerns.

The Becker County Highway Department launched a new online portal this winter that allows residents to report issues across the county roadway system. That includes potholes, damaged signs, downed trees, snow and ice concerns, drainage problems, and other road or ditch issues.

The site allows users to pinpoint the exact location on a map and upload photos if needed, helping crews respond more efficiently.

Highway officials encourage residents to share any road concerns they encounter through the new Citizen Portal.

The Becker County Highway Department says its mission is to provide the safest highway system possible for residents and visitors by delivering timely maintenance and cost-effective construction improvements. The new reporting tool is another step toward improving service and response times.
