HAWLEY, Minn. — Hawley Medical Campus, LLC, in partnership with Sanford Health, has announced plans to build a new 9,000-square-foot clinic in the Petermann 2nd Addition alongside US HWY 10 on the western edge of Hawley. The new facility will expand access to health care services in the community and strengthen long-term care options for the region.
The development will also incorporate an independent living and memory care facility, which will be independently owned and operated, featuring 32 units of Independent Living and 16 units of Memory Care, along with multiple amenities and underground parking. The operating partner for that portion of the project will be announced in a future release.

Sanford has been a great partner to work with as we’ve been planning this project for the past two years, and we’re excited to bring it to life.”
Sanford Health also expressed excitement about the impact this investment will bring to Hawley.
