Detroit Lakes, MN (KDLM) – The Minnesota Timberwolves continued their winning ways with a commanding 123-111 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder at Target Center, securing their third consecutive win.
Minnesota dominated from the opening tip, never relinquishing the lead and building a commanding 22-point advantage in the second half. The Timberwolves’ balanced offensive attack proved too much for the visiting Thunder to overcome.
Anthony Edwards led the charge with a game-high 26 points, showcasing the explosive scoring ability that has made him one of the league’s rising stars. Jaden McDaniels provided crucial support with 21 points, helping Minnesota pull away down the stretch.
The victory improves Minnesota’s record to 30-19. The Timberwolves have now won three straight games as they build momentum heading into a crucial stretch of the season.
Minnesota will look to extend its winning streak to four games when they travel to Memphis to face the Grizzlies on Saturday.
