Detroit Lakes, MN (KDLM) – The Minnesota Timberwolves put on an offensive clinic Saturday night, cruising past the Sacramento Kings 144-117 at Golden One Center behind a balanced scoring effort that saw seven players reach double figures.
Minnesota’s offense was firing on all cylinders throughout the contest, posting over 70 points in each half while building a commanding lead that stretched to 32 points at its peak.
Anthony Edwards led the charge with a game-high 26 points, showcasing the explosive scoring ability that has made him one of the league’s rising stars. Jaden McDaniels provided strong secondary support with 21 points, while the depth of Minnesota’s roster shone as five additional players contributed double-digit scoring performances.
The lopsided victory improves Minnesota’s record to 6-4 on the season. The Timberwolves will look to build on this momentum when they travel to Salt Lake City to face the Utah Jazz in their next outing.
