Perham Woman and Park Rapids Man Arrested on Drug Charges

Long Prairie, MN (KFGO) – A Perham woman and a Park Rapids man were arrested on drug charges during a traffic stop near Hewitt.

The car they were in was stopped for a traffic violation. The sheriff’s office says a second deputy and his K9 partner responded to the scene. A search of the car uncovered methamphetamine and suspected fentanyl.

The driver, Heather Morris, was arrested on drug charges, no liability insurance and driving after revocation. Her passenger, John Tinker, was arrested for drug possession.
