(St. Paul, MN) — Minnesota’s lakes and rivers are expected to be packed this Fourth of July, and Minnesota DNR conservation officers will be out there, too, making sure everyone stays safe.
They’re participating in Operation Dry Water, a national effort that runs from July 4 through Sunday.
The campaign focuses on the dangers of boating under the influence of alcohol or drugs and the serious consequences that come with it.
Their message is clear: Don’t boat under the influence. Keep Minnesota’s waters safe for everyone.
