In connection to today’s shootings in Champlin and Brooklyn Park, law enforcement are searching for Vance Luther Boelter, a 57-year-old male.
Boelter was wearing a light-colored cowboy hat, dark-colored, long-sleeved, collared shirt or jacket, light pants and a dark bag.
