Unresponsive Man Pulled from Red River in Moorhead

Emergency crews responded to a water rescue on Wednesday afternoon, March 26, near the 4300 block of South River Haven Road in Moorhead. Moorhead Police were dispatched just before 5 p.m. following a report of a missing person. Upon arrival, officers discovered an unresponsive adult male in the Red River. The Moorhead Fire Department deployed resources to retrieve the individual from the water. The victim was transported to Sanford Medical Center in Fargo by Sanford Ambulance. As of now, his identity and current condition remain unknown agencies, including area police, fire departments, and state patrol, assisted at the scene.
