Eric Cervantes, 29, has been charged with felony third-degree criminal sexual conduct, and a nationwide warrant is out for his arret.
The charges relate to a July 2024 incident in Detroit Lakes, where Cervantes allegedly forced himself on a woman after she *refused further sexual activity.
Cervantes is also on probation for a misdemeanor sexual assault in North Dakota and has another outstanding warrant in Becker County for a separate *criminal sexual conduct case.
