Former Fargo radio host Benjamin Merritt Chartier, 40, has been charged with possession of child sexual abuse material.
The North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation alleges Chartier uploaded explicit videos involving minors aged 3 to 16.
Chartier, previously known as “Ben Merritt” on Froggy 99.9 in Fargo, was arrested on December 4 and remains in custody at the Cass County Jail.
The investigation began after tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
