Becker County Sheriff Todd Glander was recognized with the prestigious Home Town Hero Award during a gala held last Thursday, November 21, at the Avalon Events Center in Fargo. The event celebrated distinguished citizens, corporate community service, and outstanding leadership through various honors, including the SSG Andrew P. Nelson Award.
Sheriff Glander, who has dedicated 36 years to law enforcement, expressed gratitude for the recognition, emphasizing his commitment to serving the community. “I have wonderful staff, and together, as a team, we strive to make our community a safer place to live and visit,” Glander said. Known for his respected career within Becker County and beyond, he credits his position as a calling and continues to find purpose in his work.
