A Fargo man has been identified as the victim of a deer-hunting accident north of Perley, Minnesota, last Saturday morning. Norman County Sheriff Ben Fall reports that 37-year-old Timothy Rousar has been released from a Fargo hospital after being shot in the face by a member of his hunting party. Rousar was struck on the left side of his face by a slug from a 12-gauge shotgun, which remains lodged in his sinus cavity. The investigation has concluded, and no charges will be filed.
