24-year-old Zachary Seaburg attempted to flee from the Otter Tail County Probation Office the day before a scheduled court appearance. Seaburg, still handcuffed, ran north on Mill Street but was quickly apprehended at a nearby apartment building. Seaburg faces felony drug charges after being caught with significant amounts of meth, cocaine, and fentanyl last month. His latest escape attempt adds two misdemeanor charges to his case.
