A semi-tractor trailer carrying gravel rolled over in **Otter Tail County** yesterday morning, **October 1st**, after veering off a soft shoulder on **Parkers Road near 108th Street**. The vehicle, driven by **73-year-old Dick Lee Miller** of **Garfield**, entered the east ditch and rolled onto its right side after coming to a stop.
Miller, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was trapped inside the vehicle and required extrication by emergency responders. He was transported to **Douglas County Hospital** by **Parkers Prairie EMS/North Ambulance** with **non-life-threatening injuries**.
The **Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office** is investigating the accident. No further details have been released at this time.
