The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will hold its second public auction of confiscated hunting, fishing, and trapping equipment on **October 7th**. The auction, which will take place online, includes items that were confiscated due to serious game and fish violations.
Interested bidders can view the equipment list on the **Hiller Auction Service** website, and a catalog with descriptions and photos will be available starting **October 3rd**. Online bidding opens on **October 4th**, and there will be an onsite inspection in Zimmerman on the same day from **9 a.m. to 2 p.m.** The auction will begin closing at **5 p.m. on October 7th**.
All equipment is sold as-is, and successful firearm bidders will be required to pass a background check. Proceeds from the auction will go to the **Game and Fish Fund**, which supports fish and wildlife management across the state.
