According to the **Polk County Sheriff’s Office**, authorities responded to a crash near **County Road 41 and 250th Ave. SE** in Kind Township at around **3:30 p.m.** First responders arrived to find the vehicle fully engulfed in flames after it left the roadway, entered the ditch, and rolled over. Tragically, one person was found deceased inside the vehicle.
The body has been sent to the **University of North Dakota Forensic Pathology** department for identification. Investigators are still working to determine the cause of the crash. More updates will be provided as the investigation progresses.
