They’re HERE! Otter Tail Zebra Mussel Issue

We’ve been warning all summer, and now it’s happened—zebra mussels have been confirmed in Marion Lake near Richville, Otter Tail County. The Minnesota DNR found juvenile zebra mussels attached to a dock after a resident reported an adult mussel. Marion Lake’s proximity to other infested lakes made this spread likely, which is exactly what we feared.
