**Walmart in Fargo Evacuated After Bomb Threat, No Explosives Found**

Chad Olson, the man accused of causing the death of Bailey Jo Bernstein in a hit-and-run accident, now faces upgraded charges of criminal vehicular homicide. The incident occurred in Wahpeton, North Dakota when Olson allegedly struck 20-year-old Bernstein with his vehicle while she was walking with her mother. Bernstein later died from her injuries at a Fargo hospital. Olson, who had a blood alcohol level of .11 shortly after the incident, claimed he thought he had hit a mailbox or a dog.
