A note from the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office: Earlier this week, K9 Jocko and Deputy Wing competed in the United States Police Canine Association patrol dog certifications. The trial was held in Iowa where K9s from the Midwest were certified in obedience, evidence recovery, suspect search, and criminal apprehension.
K9 Jocko took home 1st place for the Rookie Dog of the Year award! He also placed 3rd in criminal apprehension and finished just 4 points shy of 1st place overall. This handsome boy is on a roll and we couldn’t be more proud of him
