Minnesota Hunting Regulations Now Available

As we transition from summer fishing and outdoor activities, it’s time to gear up for fall hunting. The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has released the 2024 Minnesota Hunting and Trapping Regulations and Minnesota Waterfowl Hunting Regulations, now available online.

Key Updates:

**Early Seasons:** Early teal and September goose seasons will start on Sunday, Sept. 1, the earliest allowed by federal frameworks.

**What’s New:** Important updates are highlighted in the “What’s New” sections of the regulations.

Accessing Regulations:

**Online Availability:** Electronic copies of all 2024 Minnesota hunting regulations are available on the Minnesota DNR website.

**Printed Copies:** Printed copies will be available by mid-August at locations where licenses are sold.

**Translations:** Regulations will be translated into Hmong, Karen, Somali, and Spanish later this fall.
