A small section of Rossman Ave will be closed today through Thursday, while MN Energy works in the area. The north end of Rossman Ave, close to the Willow St intersection, marked with orange lines in the map below shows the closure. The orange arrows will be the detour route.
Lane closures continue on Interstate 94 between Dalton and Ashby. Crews are installing traffic control devices and building crossovers for the upcoming bridge replacement on eastbound I-94. In about two weeks, eastbound traffic will shift to the westbound lanes, resulting in one-lane, head-to-head traffic through November.
In 2024 and 2025, crews will replace metal culverts at Pelican Creek with span beam bridges. This year’s work on the eastbound bridge should be completed by November.
