Starting Monday, June 10, the detour for Highway 59 in Pelican Rapids will change as construction moves to Stage 1B. Highway 59 will be closed from the Pelican River bridge to Fifth Avenue South, and the new detour will use First Street Southwest and 10th Avenue Southwest.
