MNN – Representative Angie Craig is slamming the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) as service levels decline in the second quarter of the 2024 financial year. USPS states the service standard for first-class two-day service in the Minnesota-North Dakota region has worsened, with only 84.1% of mail arriving on time, nearly 10 points below USPS’ target of 93%. This also comes as Craig and others have recently called for a statewide investigation into the entire MN-ND USPS postal district.
