(OTC press release 5/15/24) – Otter Tail County Commissioners are hosting a community event on Monday, June 10, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Vergas Event Center. This open house is a chance for residents to chat with commissioners and learn about local projects and initiatives. Commissioner Wayne Johnson encourages everyone to attend, saying community input is essential for positive change. The event will feature brief presentations on the county’s transportation plan, new housing programs, a proposed Vacation Home Rental Ordinance for 2024, and the introduction of the new Public Information Officer, Clancy Oliphant. After the presentations, residents can speak directly with commissioners and ask questions. Light refreshments will be served. Everyone is welcome!
