(MNN) – A Minneapolis man is facing serious charges after a deadly shootout outside a popular nightclub. The incident claimed the life of 40-year-old Joseph C. Johns, an off-duty firefighter from Eden Prairie and Eagan. Marquise Hammonds-Ford, 28, is charged with first-degree riot leading to death, having a machine gun, and illegal gun possession as a felon. His bail is set at $800,000.
