(DL-online.com) – On June 26th of 2023 an investigator for the Becker County Sheriff’s office found that Michael William Kuirkowski, 56, of Audubon, had disseminated private sexual images and threats of violence on his Facebook page. According to court records Kurkowski had posted a very explicit photo on his profile page of an area woman engaging in a sexual act. The woman believes Kuirkowski did this in retaliation for her civil lawsuit against him. She did not consent to him having or sending or posting any image to anywhere. The two had a previous romantic relationship. This is now the 4th open criminal case involving Kuirkowski and the same woman. Becker County District court sentenced Kuirkowski was sentenced to time served and fines. He was sentenced the 42 days (the time served) on a misdemeanor charge of domestic abuse. Due to a plea agreement a charge of bringing contraband into jail and a felony-controlled substance crime were dropped.
