A community staple since 1978, officials hope that this mall can be brought back to life. Crexi Commercial Real Estate will be auctioning off the mall beginning June 3rd. However, the movie theater, Dunham’s Sports, The Dollar Tree and Harbor Freight will not be up for auction as they were already purchased by the property owner and are considered their own property.
