
(MNN) – It’s that time of year when flowers bloom, grass grows and allergy sufferers sneeze. While this year spring has come early but there are still ways to lessen the symptoms of allergic reactions. Dr. Neal Godse with U of M reminds us that over-the-counter nasal sprays and allergy tabs are good ways to combat typical allergy symptoms. But, did you know that many of these medications take a “couple weeks” to reach full effectiveness? So says Dr. Godse. Advice well given.
