(Fergus Now) Another arrest has been made in the robbery at Billy’s Corner Bar and Grill. In March, Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Department investigated a report that a Ruger 9mm handgun has been stolen from the bar. The gun was part of a fundraiser raffle. 24 year old Donald Merrill was arrested and charged with 1st degree burglary and for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Last Friday, April 2th 52 year-old Donald Merrill Sr was arrested in his part of the burglary. He is the father of Donald Merrill jr. Merrill Senior is also accused of felon burglary and possession of a firearm. Both men are being held in the Otter Tail County Detention facility.
